Back-In and Pull-Through Spaces

Back-in spaces

You back the trailer in from the drive lane. These are our best value and they work well for utility trailers, enclosed cargo trailers, boats, and campers you are comfortable reversing. Back-in spaces come in 10 × 20, 10 × 30 and 10 × 40.

Pull-through spaces

You drive in one end and out the other, so you never have to reverse a trailer. Pull-through is the easy choice for long travel trailers, fifth wheels and boats on long trailers, especially if you tow solo. Pull-through spaces come in 10 × 30, 10 × 40 and 14 × 40.

What size space fits a travel trailer?

Most mid-size campers and travel trailers fit a 10 × 30. If your trailer is longer than that, step up to a 10 × 40, and for the longest rigs take the 14 × 40 pull-through. Measure hitch to bumper, then give yourself a little working room. Call or text 704-753-4726 if you want a second opinion before you book.

Do you allow utility and equipment trailers?

Yes. Utility, landscaping, enclosed cargo, and equipment or work trailers are all welcome, right alongside boats, campers and RVs.

Is there a long contract?

No long contracts. If you do want to lock in for a year, book 12 months and we take a month off your bill.

How do I reserve a space?

Can I get to my trailer at night?

Yes. Tenants have 24/7 access year-round through the coded gate, holidays included. The lot is well-lit and watched by 24/7 video surveillance.

What does outdoor trailer parking cost?

It starts at $75 a month for a 10 × 20, then $90 for a 10 × 30, $100 for a 10 × 40, and $140 for our biggest 14 × 40 pull-through. Book 12 months and a month is on us.
